Heading into the third week of our Interfaith Compassion Pod, all of us around globe are held together by so many unique expressions of universal values -- from the seva of Sikhism to chanting of Sufism to doctrine-less compassion of Atheism to Christianty's love thy enemies and Buddhism's Boddhisattva path. What started with our 9/11 call, and blossomed with our gathering last week, now invites us even deeper into our co-creative field!
This weekend, you are invited to join and co-create our sacred space!
Among our speakers is Sharon Salzberg -- author of 11 books (including Loving Kindness, Faith, and Love Your Enemy), founder of a pioneering meditation center, contributing editor of Oprah's O Magazine, and a renowned spiritual teacher for many around the globe. This last week, she spoke with us about some of the touching moments along her journey ... five minutes with Sharon!
In addition, our call will also feature ... an opening invocation by James O'dea, sacred music by Chelan Harkin and Bala Raghavan, movement meditation by Mia Tagano, and an inspiring journey of former CIA analyst turned bridge builder in Janessa Wilder. All that and more will be delightfully held by our co-emcees, Charles Gibbs and Ruth Lopez, and so many others in the pod!
To attend, simply click the RSVP button below and receive the information about the call logistics online and by email. In case the time doesn't work in your part of the world, do still RSVP so you can receive the call recording.
Thank you for co-creating such a sacred space of interfaith compassion!
