Acts of Kindness on Oct 1st, Sunday morning! @ Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Dear ones, 

You are invited to a Sunday morning of kindness, connection and reflection! 

Closer to the date, depending on whether the skies are overcast or clear, we will choose an indoor or outdoor theme to the kindness activities. There is a chance it may have a theme associate with our Bapu - the next day is Oct 2nd :) 

If indoors, we may create some art (it could be a hand made card or origami art, smileys) and then post this art work along with hand written notes to family / friends whom we haven't connected in a while (Yes! India Post :) When is it that you last wrote something in your handwriting and sent it by post?)

If outdoors, we usually make some food preparation (non gas based cooking) along with some lemonade and then walk out to the streets to offer the dish to passersby, making a conversation with the people, we otherwise refer to as "strangers." It is our excuse to reach out to those we usually tend to blur out of our routine lives, share a smile and seed a thought of kindness in their hearts. 

It would be interesting to understand how our hearts process this experiment and share our reflections before we get back to our Sunday routines.

This circle is open for all, including kids of all age
