
Silent retreats offer a gentle pause from the busyness of daily life, a chance to turn inward, quiet the mind, and attune to the whispers of the heart.
You are invited to join us for an afternoon of silence, beginning at 1pm at Mita’s home in Harrow. This retreat is offered as a gift and there is no cost to attend.
Who Can Join:
This retreat is open to anyone who has previously attended an in-person gathering and feels comfortable with the programme (outlined below).
What's the plan:
• 1pm: Arrival, introduction and reading
• 1:15pm: Collective silence
• 2:00pm: Open time in silence (reading, journaling, walking, drawing, stretching or simply being)
• 2:30pm: Collective silence
• 3.15pm: Tea and quiet reflection & sharing circle
• Retreat concludes by 4pm - please honour the stillness as you leave 🙏
You are welcome to leave earliest at 3.15pm after the second collective silent sitting incase you need to.
