Shared in Heart Intelligence Retreat

Reflections From DHANGAR KUNAL BHIKU

Highlights or moments that inspired, surprised or challenged me ...

One moment that truly inspired me was the "Me to We" experience, especially our visit to the old age home. Sitting with the elders, listening to their stories, and having meaningful conversations was deeply moving. In their words, I saw not just the wisdom of a lifetime but also glimpses of my own journey — where I’ve been, where I’m heading, and who I’m becoming. Their reflections carried both simplicity and depth, reminding me of the value of time, relationships, and purpose. It was a powerful reminder that true learning often comes in unexpected, quiet moments of connection — and that every generation has something to offer if we are willing to listen.

What I'm still sitting with ...

I’m still sitting with many questions. One that keeps coming up is — what if I had started practicing these heart-centered principles earlier in life? How might it have shaped the way I showed up for myself and others? This reflection makes me think deeply about how I can now bring these practices into my daily life with more consistency, and how I can inspire others — especially young people — to begin this inner journey earlier. I'm wondering how to hold space for such awareness in my community, so that care, stillness, and connection become part of how we live, not just something we visit occasionally.

What I'd love to chat more about, in community ...

I’d love to explore different heart-centered practices that others have found meaningful — whether it’s in stillness, service, storytelling, or daily reflection. I’m curious to learn where people have deepened their journeys and what resources, communities, or experiences have supported them. It would be wonderful to exchange ideas on how we can continue this learning beyond the retreat and keep nurturing Heart Intelligence in our everyday lives.
