Happy Schools International Online (HSIO) is an online course that empowers teachers and whole schools to build learning environments where well‑being and learning go hand in hand. 

Transformative learning process:

They are more resilient and freely exert their power to contribute positively and sustainably to society, to the protection and regeneration of ecosystems and all life forms, both individually and collectively.

HSIO is a 10 month global online course offering a holistic and experienced based learning journey for professionals in the educational sector to co-develop sustainable and future-oriented learning environments. The curriculum is built around three interconnected pillars of well-being.

3 Modes of Care:

• Care for self — supporting the emotional and physical health of teachers and students;
• Care for others and relations — nurturing empathy, positive relationships, and community responsibility;
• Care for the environment and the planet — promoting stewardship of nature and sustainable practices.
  
  

Course Process:

• 40 weekly themes
• Each weekly theme includes ~1 hour of content and 1–2 hours of practice
• New topic covered every week
• Participants co‑create the program through shared reflections and feedback.
• Course uses a whole‑school approach.

Flexible self‑paced, collective online sessions, and ready‑to‑use practices with classroom toolkits to foster healthier, more resilient, and compassionate schools.
