Yes! All pods operate on gift economy—no fees, just trust and generosity. Every pod is offered freely, accessible to anyone regardless of financial means.

Learn more about many-to-many →1-3 weeks depending on pod. Daily: 1-2 hours of study and reflection. Weekly: 90 min video call. Plus whatever time you choose for personal experiments.
Learn more about pods →Absolutely! Every pod is held together by dedicated volunteers who facilitate circles, support participants, and nurture the gift economy. We've found that volunteers are most effective and have the best experience when they've first participated in a pod or attended a ServiceSpace retreat. This foundation gives volunteers a feel for ServiceSpace values, familiarity with the pod platform, and appreciation for the pod experience—making it more fulfilling for both volunteers and participants. If you haven't yet joined a pod, we encourage you to participate in one first. If you've already experienced a pod or retreat and would like to serve, we'd love to have you!

The Back Story
For more than two decades, ServiceSpace, an all-volunteer global ecosystem that touches millions, has been hosting circles and sacred spaces to "change ourselves, change the world." Through deepening relationships and awareness, these circles aim to awaken a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts.
What started as an unsuspecting experiment during the 2020 pandemic has now mushroomed into a wide range of offerings that await your participation!
