These principles guide how we protect your data and honor your trust.
Your Reflections Stay Private
Content shared within a Pod remains accessible only to participants and volunteer hosts—never shared externally without your explicit consent.
Recordings Protected
Group call recordings exist only for Pod participants across time zones. No clips or transcripts are shared outside the Pod without consent.
No Ads, Ever
For 25+ years, ServiceSpace has operated without advertising, solicitation, or commercial activity. Your data is never sold or monetized.
You're In Control
Delete your content or deactivate your account at any time. After a Pod ends, your data remains for your reference—but it's always yours to remove.
No Shared Content Outside Pod Without Consent
Core Promise: Any information posted on the platform will not be disseminated or accessible outside the Pod.
In very limited cases, Pod Hosts may seek permission to include inspiring stories and content (of a non-sensitive nature) in highlight summaries that may be shared outside the Pod for purposes of capturing the collective Pod experience. They will use such material only after seeking and obtaining your explicit permission.
To support the collective learning experience, Pod Hosts may occasionally highlight certain participants' submitted material or reflections internally (for Pod members only), for purposes of sharing or amplifying inspiration within the Pod.
After the completion of a Pod, shared content is kept as a reference for all Pod participants. At any point, you are able to delete all your content and/or deactivate your account altogether.
No Access to Recordings Outside Pod
Group calls may be recorded and transcribed for the following purposes only:
- Allowing access for a limited period to Pod participants in multiple time zones
- Sharing stories and ripples of inspiration and inner transformation within the Pod
Clear Boundary: No recordings, clips, or transcripts will be accessible or disseminated outside of the Pod without the consent of the involved participant(s).
