Specific Consents

I understand that ServiceSpace Pods are a peer-learning platform. To enhance the collective experience, I understand that my profile and reflections on each day's Pod material will be internally accessible to participants and volunteers in the Pod.

I agree to honor the privacy, confidentiality, and originality of other Pod participants. I agree not to publicly name any other Pod participant, and I agree not to download, copy, draw upon or use any reflections or content by other Pod participants outside of the Pod, without their consent.

I further understand and consent to the following Privacy Policy concerning content shared in the Pod.

No shared content outside Pod without specific consent.

Any information posted on the platform will not be disseminated or accessible outside the Pod. In some very limited cases, Pod Hosts may seek permission of participants to include some of their inspiring stories and content (of a non-sensitive nature) to include in highlight summaries that may be shared outside the Pod for purposes of capturing the collective Pod experience, but they will use such material outside the Pod only after seeking and obtaining permission of the author.

To support the collective, Pod Hosts may from time to time internally highlight (for Pod members only) certain participants’ submitted material or reflections, for purposes of sharing or amplifying inspiration within the Pod.

After the completion of the Pod, the shared content is kept as a reference for all Pod participants, but at any point, a user is able to delete all his/her content and/or deactivate his/her account altogether.

No access to recordings of group calls outside Pod.

Group calls may be recorded and transcribed for purposes of (a) allowing access for a limited period to Pod participants in multiple time zones, and (b) sharing stories and ripples of inspiration and inner transformation within the Pod. No recordings, clips or transcripts will be accessible or disseminated outside of the Pod without the consent of the involved participant(s).

No advertising, solicitation or commercial activity.

The Pod platform is a product of ServiceSpace, an entirely volunteer-run ecosystem that hasn't allowed any advertising, solicitations or commercial activity on its platforms for the last twenty years. More details about our Pod Technology are also online.
