We welcome you to join this global online immersion on Business+Transformation. Together we will dive deeper into various nuances of business including -
How can we integrate our work life more deeply with values? Along with outer growth, can business be a tool for our inner growth and wellbeing? Where everything has a “price”, how might we not lose touch with the “priceless” in our lives? In rapidly changing business, technology and societal context, how do we skilfully hold the emerging nuances of “ethical business”? Is it possible to cultivate deep relationships in a business context, in other words, can Profit and Love coexist? Is it possible to shift from centralized ego-systems to more deeply engaged eco-systems? Can business support inner and outer transformation? And more!
The Pod Process comes alive at the intersection of three intersecting spheres: (a) inspiring content: Pod will feature uniquely curated readings, practices, and case studies around our theme; (b) many-to-many context: via our innovative, non-commercial Pod Technology, Pod creates a multi-dimensional container to weave the whole beyond the sum of its parts; (c) skillful anchoring: volunteers holding this pod are well versed in the precious art of balancing leadership with 'laddership'.
Among our group, we have a diverse confluence from the business world serial entrepreneurs, business school professors, systems thinkers, family business owners, venture capitalists, social change leaders and everyday heroes, inspired to lead with values at the workplace. To further add to our collective richness, renowned author, thinker, and ServiceSpace friend Charles Eisenstein will also be offering his insights during the pod.

August 1st: Orientation Call We'll start with a virtual orientation call to connect all Pod participants and volunteers and to take you through the process of daily prompts and other pod details. Time: 90 minutes (Aug 1, 2021, 8:00AM PST) |

Aug 2-7: Diving Deep through Daily Prompts For these 6 days, all of us will get a daily email prompt with a "head" reading and a "hands" practice, and a "heart" reflection, curated by the volunteers. Everyone is expected to engage in the daily exercises and then submit our reflections, on a private feed. As you submit your responses, you'll also get to read other participant responses. Time: 1 hour per day. This is self-regulated with plenty to scope to go deeper and spend more time. :) |

Aug 8: Group Call We'll host a virtual gathering to marinate our collective learnings, hear from guest speakers and have some fun surprises too. :) This call will be open to all who have completed prior prompts. Time: 120 -150 minutes (Aug 08, 2021, 8:00AM PST) |

Aug 9-14: Peer Driven Breakout Calls Having completed Week 1 prompts and Group Call, in the second week participants can invite or join peer-driven Discussion Rooms in smaller groups to further build on, deepen and contextualize their learnings from Week 1. |
