Day 0
Spring Wisdom Healing Qigong
Starts May 14, 2021!
If you seek to heal, we invite you to embark on this 14-day "gong" with us. If you seek to awaken—for yourself, your family, community, the environment, humanity—we invite you on this same journey. Both journeys venture into the Great Unknowns: our bodies and the cosmos.
Gong in Mandarin means effort or work. Healing and awakening require conscious effort and work. To heal chronic conditions, we learn to inhabit our bodies with safety and compassion. To awaken, we learn to enhance the body's fitness and internal flow of energy to accommodate greater consciousness.
This gong was first offered in December 2020, with an extraordinary number of people completing it, continuing the practice to this day, and reporting life-altering shifts. We are now re-offering it, with the same material and format (curated by Cynthia), due to popular demand and the desire by many participants to share the practice with friends and loved ones. Please review this Awakin Call with Master Mingtong Gu or this short piece by Dr. Cynthia Li to see if the practice of Wisdom Healing Qigong might resonate with you.
Shared wisdom: This gong incorporates the teachings of Master Mingtong Gu and the practices of Wisdom Healing Qigong, along with supplemental materials curated by Dr. Cynthia Li, to help deepen the practice and integrate it into our daily lives.
Shared commitment: We come together to practice because healing and awakening are solitary journeys that cannot be done alone.
Shared space: This unique platform provides a safe container to exchange stories, explore what it means and how it feels to be embodied, and live into our questions. All this serves to further our higher purposes and the healing potential of the qi field.
