Starts Jan 8, 2022!

It's New Year's season -- so many of us think about cultivating new practices and forging deeper relationships. Instead of "I set this resolution for myself", this "Practice Pod" is experimenting with a me-to-we twist:

• Identify a service resolution you'd like to practice in 2022! It could be anything you'd like to cultivate for the greater good ... learn two prayers from a faith other than your own; volunteer 5 hours each week for a cause that makes you come alive; draw a mandala every month for someone going through a hard time; host a community project; do a daily act of kindness; initiate weekly call with a friend with an inner focus on listening; meditate regularly; or perhaps clap at every sunrise you witness. Note that failure is encouraged! Might we arrive at self improvement through serving others? We'd like to find out. :) 
  
  
• Practice in community. Instead of our ego's willpower shouldering our capacity to accomplish our resolution, what if we lovingly held each other's intentions? That is to say, in a world full of "project managers", what if we became each other's practice managers? As network science tells us, might we go farther and have more resilience? We'd like to find out. :) 
  
  
• Cultivate deep connections. When our primary focus is to serve others, and we are coming together to nurture others' aspirations as they support ours, how might that affect the depth of our connection? Might we rise from me-to-me transactions to a far stronger we-to-we web of relations to perhaps an even richer beyond-we noble friendship? We'd like to find out. :) 

The Pod will open with an orientation call on January 8th, with the ever-inspiring mystic, Chaz Howard, who will share stories from his "Resolution 12" experiment a decade ago. Following that, we'll continue with regular online posts, monthly check-in calls and optional breakouts calls around  supporting specific podmates intentions.
