May: Silent Retreat (full day)


Silent retreats offer a unique opportunity to hit the pause button on our day-to-day routines and spend time going within, to quieten our minds and listen to the whispers of our hearts. 

We invite you to join in for a day in silence from 9:45am-4pm at Trishna's home in Walton-on-Thames (happy to give lifts to/from the station).  There is no cost to attend, the retreat is offered as a gift.

Who Can Join:  This silent retreat is open to anyone who has previously attended an in-person gathering and feels comfortable with the programme (see below). 

What's the Plan: 

  • 9:45am - Arrival and introduction
  • 10:00am - Sit in collective silence
  • 11:00am - Open time in silence (read, write in a journal, go for a walk, draw, stretch, etc)
  • 12:00pm - Sit in collective silence
  • 1:00pm - Lunch and open space in silence
  • 2:00pm - Sit in collective silence
  • 3:00pm - Reflective sharing circle & tea
  • 4:00pm - Conclude
