(We have an In Person group meditation and mindfulness meetup every Friday in Fremont, Ca in the evening and all course participants are welcome and encouraged to attend that if possible and enjoyable for them!)

During this introductory course - broken in 12, the basic instructions in Mindfulness are given sequentially, each week building on the previous one.
The first 2 weeks focuses on the basics of meditation and on mindfulness of breathing - September 16 and 23rd
The 3 & 4 week discusses mindfulness of the body and expands the area of attention to include all our physical experiences. - October 28th & November 11th
The 5 & 6 week introduces mindfulness of feelings pleasure and pain.- November 18 & 25th
The 7 & 8 week addresses mindfulness of emotions. - December 2 & December 9th
The 9 & 10 week focuses on Mindfulness of the mind and thinking - December 16th & January 6th
The 11 & 12 week explores the role of mindfulness in daily life and on cultivating kindness. - January 13th
