About This Event

We don’t need to look far to see that the world is in a difficult place. With each headline, each swipe of the screen, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or simply numb.

And yet—for over 25 years, DailyGood has quietly offered another lens. A daily rhythm of stories that remind us: even in the darkest corners, the human spirit still rises. Again and again, people respond to suffering not with apathy, but with courage. Not with cynicism, but with creativity. Not with withdrawal, but with love that acts.

Today, we’re stepping into a new chapter. DailyGood 2.0 is here—a reimagined website with a fresh interface, timeless quotes, and a curated scroll of featured stories. But at the heart of this evolution is something quietly revolutionary: an AI-assisted curation of good news.

Our DailyGood Agent (which you can try out!) scans the web for meaningful stories, analyzes them across 20 compassion-based metrics, and publishes them with a summary, keyword tags, and actionable steps. Every story also contributes to a growing knowledge base—soon, you’ll be able to ask the DailyGood AI questions like: “What’s the good happening in my local community?” “How is technology saving lives?” “What are stories of courage in the world of business?”

This is not just another newsfeed. It has the potential to be a compass.
While mainstream media often stirs outrage, DailyGood offers a quieter power—news that invites reflection, resilience, and renewal. A different kind of feed, for a different kind of future.

And now that AI is managing the mechanics of curation, we’re asking:
what are new ways that we might grow the seed of each story?

  • Could we form micro-communities around meaningful stories, its be-the-change actions, and chart myriad pathways into self-paced or small-group Pods, 21-day challenges, in-person circles and retreats?

  • Can we refine our AI’s metrics, partner with values-aligned organizations, and support nonprofits in weaving deeper community flow that traverses stories of inspiration, acts of service and emergent collective wisdom?

  • Might this be the scaffolding for a new AI-assisted civic architecture—one that moves us from absence to presence, and presence to regeneration?

DailyGood was one of the first websites of its kind. We never chased clicks or trends — but millions of monthly visitors find us anyway. Now, new doors to a more expansive vision have been opened for us, we would love to co-create with you.

Few of us are having an informal group call, and if you feel called to contribute to DailyGood, please RSVP below and you'll be emailed the details. We’d love to have you with us.
