As the days grow longer and Spring surfaces, a bunch of us are gathering for a landscape work day at Banyan Grove!

General Flow for the Day:

9:00AM-9:30AM   Arrive
9:30AM-12:30PM Garden & Campus Work
12:30PM-1:30PM Lunch (+optional meditation)
1:30PM-4:00PM   Garden & Campus Work

Some service tasks we'll be doing together include...

Outdoor Gardening & Landscaping

• Transplant plant starts from the greenhouse to various places around the property
• Demarcate the outdoor fire pit area with a stone border and woodchips and place the posts/lighting
• Plant a few larger pinneapple guavas and berry bushes along the fence line between BG and our neighbor
• Clean up some beds of weeds
• Move compost from pile into beds
• Spread straw as needed

Indoor Service:

• Finish building remaining cushions for the zendo
• Install shelf liners in kitchen
• Put together 10 meditation backjack
