A Day of Meditation at Banyan Grove
"Meditation is not a means to an end; there is no end, no arrival; it is a movement in time and out of time. Choiceless awareness of every thought and feeling, understanding of their motives, their mechanism, allowing them to blossom, is the beginning of meditation." --J. Krishnamurti

Nestled in the nature-ful serenity, Banyan Grove offers a space where we can unplug, quiet and reconnect with ourselves.

On Monday, a few friends are coming together for a day of silent meditation at Banyan Grove. Meditation will be in silence, with no instructions or teachings. For those new to meditation, this primer on meditation may be helpful.

A simple vegan lunch will be served. Like all ServiceSpace offerings, this volunteer run space is offered entirely as a gift. We will start at 8AM; however, you are welcome to drop in anytime before 10AM -- particularly for those with a longer commute. We also expect to arrange carpooling from South-bay and East-bay.

If you're able to join, please RSVP below and we'll drop you a note with the details.
