Inspired by
Awakin Wednesdays and the spirit of community, we gather every week to sit in silence for an hour, do a circle of sharing our emotions, feelings, thoughts emerged during the stillness or a personal story from daily life and have a home-cooked vegetarian meal (prepared by the host) together. There is no cost to attend and there is no underlying agenda. It is simply an offering in the spirit of stillness and service.
Our format for the evening goes like this:
