Before each Awakin Call, listeners meet the guest through a short written bio. Your work is to read and watch what is already out there about the speaker, then write something warm and accurate that helps a few thousand people arrive with context and curiosity rather than a blank slate. AI tools are welcome as a research and drafting aid -- the judgment about what matters, and the final voice, stay yours. Usually a one-to-two hour task in the days before the call.
About the project
Awakin Calls
Awakin Calls is a weekly interview series with everyday heroes — people whose inner journeys and quiet acts of service are transforming the world around them. Each call is a live, global conversation, hosted and produced entirely by volunteers.
