Integration and What Comes Next
When we set out to build this course, our intention was not to teach you something new, but rather to help you recognize something you already have.

The capacity to be present, to feel genuinely connected, to see your own mind clearly, to act from what matters most to you — none of these are newly acquired capacities. These were all here long before you arrived. But hopefully you can see them a little more clearly now, and that you can nurture them through steady practice.
These practices didn't originate in self-help culture. They come from contemplative traditions spanning thousands of years. These traditions have long understood that individual and collective wellbeing are inseparable. The science now supports tthis. When you practice these skills, you become a different person to be around: more present, less reactive, more capable of genuine connection. That difference affects everyone in your orbit — your family, your colleagues, the people you meet in passing. Most of this happens without anyone ever noticing. You are, right now, at a time when these qualities are in short supply, developing capacities that the world desperately needs.
We are truly grateful that you’ve included us in your journey.
With gratitude,
— Richie and Cort
(may be build from the strand that flourishing is not same as happiness. Flourishing can grow even amidst adversity, due to adversity. Suffering is not going to be rooted out. but getting into a generative function with our suffering than degenerative function etc. But we can skip all that also. You can see what frame is best to wrap up)
› The Mystery Is The Point — Cort on what drove him into contemplative science — not the answers, but the enormity of what we don’t know. 85 billion neurons, trillions of connections, and we want to collapse it into simple stories. 5 min (Watch)
› Seeing The Buddha Nature — Cort told his three-year-old son he was a Buddha. The boy started giggling and rolling around in bed. “There’s something in us that just wants the wholeness and the goodness in us to be seen.” 10 min (Watch)
› The Science of Discomfort — Suffering = Pain × Resistance. The multiplication matters — bring the resistance to zero and the suffering disappears, even if the pain is still there. 6 min (Read)
May be more dedication of merit? Or Cort would have lot many more meditations. Or link Healthy Mind app link.
