About This Event

The long-awaited day has come. Our 3-week learning journey will come to a formal close this Sunday! And you're invited to our special 90-minute Closing Celebration -- with a very special 'commencement' speaker! RSVP below.

Three weeks ago, a bunch of us from around the globe began a journey: a Laddership Pod. Each day, we embraced a unique prompt with our heads, hands, and heart. We drew up stories from the rich reservoirs of our lives, held questions, listened to each other, and watched boundaries blur between notions of transformation and impact, self and other, small and big. We expanded, we stretched, we discovered. We traversed various spectrums across the realms of Me, We, and Us. We heard shining insights from diverse luminaries -- from a humanitarian nun (and podmate!), to an anarchist professor to former CEO of one of China's largest video platforms to a Silicon Valley prodigy to permaculture visionary to author who spent 20 years in dialogue with the Dalai Lama! Over 2000 pages later, a congruence of compassion lifted us to a new plateau of gratitude -- for being alive and being divinely related.

Thank you, not only for your big hearts, but also for courageously translating that love into action. Through hundreds of posts and responses, it feels as if we're just completing a pilgrimage to change the nature of our questions and to discover a giant canvas of possibility.

This Sunday, we close our time together with a special 90-minute celebration. And some fun surprises are in store! As part of the celebration, we're delighted to hear remarks from a special 'commencement' speaker -- Gary Zukav! Gary's intrinsically motivated service has touched and transformed millions of minds and hearts. Author of four consecutive New York Times bestsellers, Gary is dedicated to the transformation in human consciousness. Having touched millions of lives -- particularly through six million copies of his books being translated into 32 languages, as well as 36 appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show -- he is a pioneering personality whose writings helped bridge the worlds of science and spirituality over the past four decades.

After a Harvard degree in International Relations and motorcycle pilgrimage in Europe, Gary served in Vietnam as a former US Army Special Forces (Green Beret) officer. Life eventually magnetized  him towards spirituality, and while authoring various books, he founding his calling in serving others. Today, he is the member of the Club of Budapest, a recipient of the World Business Academy Pathfinder Award for his Contribution to the Ongoing Evolution of Knowledge and Consciousness within the Global Business Community, and the Einstein Award from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine for his Contributions to the Psychosocial Growth of Humanity.

As a teaser, here's his answers to a few questions in which his tears of compassion profoundly moved many of us:
