Climate Action Challenge Orientation

Thanks for signing up for our 21-Day Climate Action Challenge! To kick things off, we start with a 90-minute orientation meeting to share some background context, get to know each other a little bit, and cover the nuts and bolts of our journey together.

More than anything else, it is an honoring of our sacred web of life that sustains us! Although we're physically distributed across 63 countries, this is an occasion to bring our minds and hearts together, in the spirit of igniting ripples of care for Mother Earth.

Alongside some fun surprises, our call will be brimming with inspiration with an opening invocation from Reinaldo Pamponet from Brazil, who empowers holistic communities through music and spiritual practice. We'll hear insights from author Susan Bauer-Wu, whose organizational leadership in bridging science and contemplative wisdom champions the human-earth connection. And mix with an array of community voices like Huda Ibrahim from Qatar, and stories from so many of us! We'll also hear a special message from Earth Day's first International Coordinator: Mark Dubois. His life journey has been dedicated to honoring the earth, including being a steadfast voice for rivers (even risking his life for it!) and initiating an organization that offers environmental educaiton and wilderness trips to disabled individuals and at-risk youth.

To attend, simply click the RSVP button below and you'll be emailed all the logistics for the call. What a delight to co-create a sacred space to spread a bit more kindness in the world!
