Closing Celebration
The long-awaited day has come. Our 3-week learning journey will come to a formal close this Sunday! And you're invited to our special 90-minute Closing Celebration -- with a very special "graduation" speaker! RSVP below.

Three weeks ago, a bunch of us from around the globe began a journey: a Laddership Pod. Each day, we embraced a unique prompt with our heads, hands, and heart. We drew up stories from the rich reservoirs of our lives, held questions, listened to each other, and watched boundaries blur between notions of transformation and impact, self and other, small and big. We expanded, we stretched, we discovered. We traversed various spectrums across the realms of Me, We, and Us. We heard shining insights from diverse luminaries -- from a heartivist ivy league chaplain to sacred economy visionary to incredible masters along the outer-impact-and-inner-transformation continuum and so many more across our collective! Over 2700 pages later, a congruence of compassion lifted us to a new plateau of gratitude -- for being alive and being divinely related.

Thank you, not only for your big hearts, but also for courageously translating that love into action. Through hundreds of posts and responses, it feels as if we're just completing a pilgrimage to change the nature of our questions and to discover a giant canvas of possibility.

This Sunday, we close our time together with a special 90-minute celebration. And some fun surprises are in store! As part of the celebration, we're delighted to be joined by two special "pod graduation" guests -- Xue Devand and singer Rachelle Jeanty!

Our "pod graduation" speaker, Xue Devand, is a force of nature, who disarms you with her soul-stirring spirit. Her dynamo journey spans many remarkable roads -- from an early career in finance to starting two successful companies to a near-death experience, land stewardship, motherhood to 4 children, and so much more. She is deeply passionate about aligning right relationship to each other, the earth, and future generations, and alchemizing money as energy to serve a thriving future where people align with their unique gifts. One of the companies she founded was one ranked on Fast Company's 50 Most Innovative Companies list two years before it went public in 2015. Today, she runs a venture capital fund and helps steward a sanctuary of 30 acres of biodynamically farmed land. We're thrilled to hear insights from Xue on Sunday!

On top of that, we're honored to be blessed with live song offerings from singer-songwriter Rachelle Jeanty! Having toured around the world singing with Celine Dion, Rachelle's soulful pipes are a force to be reckoned with! She's performed at the United Nations in New York in 2012, on The Voice, Germany in 2015, appeared in Vienna Opera Ball as a disco queen in 2018, sang as a bond girl in the Music of James Bond concert in 2020, and countless more. Her journey has taken remarkable twists and turns of the soul. We're delighted she'll be our "graduation" singer on Sunday!

To join us for this special closing celebration, RSVP below and you'll be emailed the details.
